A huge winner - missed!

Here is a trade which for one reason or another I missed - possibly on the grounds of liquidity. However, there's no denying the price action over the last few months. From the signal given in November last year you would still be in the trade! This is an example of how just one major trend can make your year. By my reckoning this trend currently equates to a profit in excess of 50R. That covers an awful lot of small losses and leaves plenty left over.

Charts like this also show the folly of taking a small profit for fear of it evaporating, or heeding an overbought signal. If you are able to get into such a trade, and hold on for dear life until you get the appropriate exit signal, it is these trades than can propel you into a different league.
